Rob is a partner at media specialist accountants and advisers Moore Kingston Smith. As lead partner in the CreaTech team, Rob is putting his 25 years’ experience to helping CeaTech businesses in all aspects of their lifecycle, including business and cashflow planning, R&D optimisation, identification of relevant KPIs, employee incentives including EMI and other financial support functions. Rob also works alongside his clients, providing strategic advice to maximise profit potential and, ultimately, accelerate the increase in enterprise value.
Rob’s approach is to take a holistic view. With his clients’ strategy front of mind, he supports them along their journey by continually monitoring and providing regular feedback. In this way, he ensures they are progressing on their pathway, identifying and removing barriers to growth before they arise.
